What should I wear for activities?
We recommend comfortable athletic wear (t-shirts, track pants, or leggings). BounceUP grip socks are mandatory for safety in the Trampoline Park and are included in all-access passes!
Is there a minimum age limit?
All ages are welcome! However, toddlers under 5 have their own dedicated Soft-Play Zone for safety, while some extreme rides like high-speed Go-Karts have height thresholds.
Can we bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Our in-house FuelUP Café offers a delicious menu of hot pizzas, burgers, fries, custom milkshakes, and full buffet options.
Do you offer refunds for cancellations?
Passes booked online can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your slot for free. Refunds are subject to our terms and conditions.
Is advance booking required?
Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend booking online in advance (especially on weekends and holidays) to guarantee your desired time-slot and avoid queues.
